This Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected by My Home Communities and does not apply to third-party websites accessible through this Site.

ACCESSING, REVIEWING, AND CHANGING YOUR INFORMATION

As an account holder, you may view and update most of your contact information by logging into your Resident Portal. You may request access to the Personal Information we hold about you; identity verification may be required. If access cannot be provided, we will inform you within 45 days with an explanation.

PERSONAL INFORMATION OF MINORS

The Site is not directed to minors under 16, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from minors. Information about minors may be collected only when provided by a parent or guardian as part of a rental application or residency. We do not sell minors’ Personal Information.

CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS’ RIGHTS (CCPA)
